What PostFlow does here
- Checked first: Size, length and caption are checked before the post is queued.
- First comment: Hashtags or a link go in the first comment, posted right after.
- Comments and DMs: Answer them from PostFlow’s inbox, with saved replies.
- Analytics: Reach and engagement per post, and the hours that work best.
Connect in three steps
- Make sure you’re an admin of a Facebook Page. No app can post to personal profiles.
- In PostFlow, open Accounts and choose Connect Facebook.
- Tick the Pages you want in the Facebook window.

Can I post to my personal profile?
No. Facebook only lets apps post to Pages. Create a free Page for your business, then connect it.
How many photos per post?
Up to 10 photos, each up to 10 MB.
How long can a Facebook Reel be?
From 3 to 90 seconds, vertical.
Do comments and messages show up in PostFlow?
Yes. Page comments and messages arrive in PostFlow’s inbox, and you can answer them there.
