Privacy Policy

PostFlow ("we", "us") is a social media scheduling tool operated by PostFlow. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Data we collect
- Account data: your name, email address and a hashed password.
- Connected social accounts: when you connect Facebook, Instagram or TikTok, we receive the account ID, name, profile picture and the access tokens that let us publish on your behalf. Tokens are stored encrypted.
- Content you create: captions, images and videos you upload, and the schedules you set.
- Post performance: basic metrics (such as reach, likes and comments) for posts published through PostFlow.
- Billing records: your plan, subscription period and the payments you make to us.
How we use it
- To publish your content to the accounts you connected, at the times you choose.
- To show you the status and performance of your posts.
- To notify you about failed posts, expiring connections and your subscription.
We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
Platform data
Data received from Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and TikTok is used only to provide the features above, in line with each platform's developer terms. You can disconnect an account at any time from the Accounts page, which deletes its stored tokens.
Where data is stored
Data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure. Emails are sent through our email provider.
Retention
We keep your data while your account is active.
Data deletion
Disconnect a social account
In PostFlow, open Accounts and choose Disconnect. Stored access tokens for that account are deleted immediately. You can also remove PostFlow from your Facebook settings (Settings & privacy → Business integrations), your Instagram settings (Settings → Apps and websites) or your TikTok settings (Security → Manage app permissions).
Delete all your data
Email hello@postflow.biz.id from the address you use to sign in, with the subject "Data deletion request". We will delete your account, workspace, uploaded media and connected-account data within 30 days and confirm by email.
